Generosity New Zealand - https://generosity.org.nz/
Generosity NZ provides tools for an online search and offers access to almost $4 billion of funds. Products of relevance are givME. This offers access to over 4,000 scholarships, awards for the individuals. givUS also lists more than 1,200 grants and schemes for different communities, volunteer organization's, schools, groups, sports clubs and or Iwi. Public libraries or tertiary institutes also offer free access to these websites as well.
•Access through
SIT is in progress. The library is
investigating as we do not currently have an institutional subscription

Points on how to write a Funding application:
They are attach to link's for extra reference.
How to prepare a budget for grant writing:
- make and print a budget on a new page.
- figures must be aligned correctly.
- Data must be double checked and round off the numbers to make it easier for the reader to read.
- column headings must be included in as a budget category. requesting funds, local contributions, and project tool.
Theirs references below that link them to another reference.
•Indirect Costs should be included too, like:
•Building costs
•Insurance
•Utilities
•Trash pickup, professional cleaning, etc
•If you don’t list it, you can’t be funded for it, so do your research and be SPECIFIC
IN-KIND contributions.
•Examples of gifts-in-kind include:
•corporate volunteers and pro-bono professional services
•use of a building and utilities
•advertising
•donation of computers, or other tech resources
•transportation
•Base the value of these services or goods on their “market value.” For example, a volunteer working in an unskilled position would be calculated at minimum wage rates.
•To indicate this in a budget, you might include a formula such as five volunteers X $xxx hourly X 5 hours per week X 36 weeks = $xxxx. In-kind contributions can impress reviewers as they provide evidence that your program enjoys community support.
I was sent another link by Kathryn that was more appropriate for an emerging artist. especially for a residencies scholarship application. http://www.winsornewton.com/row/residencycompetition
